QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1.) Development Management Officer V; Salary Grade 24; NCIPB-DMO5-32-2008; Abra

2.) Development Management Officer V; Salary Grade 24; NCIPB-DMO5-37-2008; Mountain Province
Education: Master's Degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC

Experience: 4 years in position/s involving management and supervision

Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second level eligibility

**Training: 40 hours supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years

**In meeting the training requirement provided hereof, the following competencies are required from applicants (CSC MC # 05, s. 2016)

Competency Minimum Required Proficiency Level for Division Chief Positions
Building collaborative, inclusive working relationships Intermediate - builds partnerships and networks to deliver or enhance work outcomes
Managing Performance and Coaching for Results Intermediate - creates tools and/or applies new methods in corrective and improving below standard or non-compliant performance of individuals or groups, using knowledge and skills in coaching to enable them to self-initiate solutions for their growth and development
Leading Change Intermediate - implements plans or activities related to a change initiative affecting one's functional area or expertise and motivates division members' commitment to accept the change
Thinking Strategically and Creativity Intermediate - creates or defines goals and initiatives based on how one can support, extend or align to the goals of one's department or functional area
Creating and Nurturing a High Performing Organization Intermediate - builds a shared sense of destiny among individuals with seemingly disparate views, concerns and aspirations; creates team cohesion and improves individual and team performance

 

Applicants should submit the following requirements on or before March 2, 2017.

1. A letter stating the position applied for;
2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212);
3.*Transcript of Records;
4.*Certificate of Eligibility;
5.*Certificates of Seminars/Trainings Attended;
6.*Service Records or Certificates from previous/present employers stating the positions assumed and corresponding actual duties and responsibilities (if applicable);
7.*Certificate of no pending case (if applicable); and,
8.*Performance Appraisal Reports for the last two rating periods (for current government employees only);
*Where photocopies are filed, the documents must be certified as true copies by the proper authorities or the applicant may present the originals to the Human Resource Management Officer for comparison with the photocopies.

APPLICATIONS WITH INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS AND NOT RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE MARCH 2, 2017 SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE SCREENING PROCESS.
